Registration Steps

  1. Complete all sections of the Registration Form below, entering all applicable choices.
  2. You will have a chance to Review and edit your entries and choices before submitting your registration. Your calculated total fee will be shown on the Review page.
  3. After submitting your registration from the Review page, on the Summary Page you can Print (or save) your registration information. We do not include this information in your confirmation email for privacy reasons.
  4. You will receive a Confirmation Email within 24 hours. Later, if you have questions or changes for your registration, you may Reply to the confirmation email.
  5. Please send your payment within 5 days of registration. Full payment for the workshop must be received no later than July 5, 2026.
    You may pay by check (snail mail, or through your bank), or with Zelle. Complete payment information is provided the Summary Page after you register, and in your Confirmation Email. (Sorry we cannot accept credit cards or PayPal.)

Special Requirements

COVID-10 Policy: To keep all of us as safe as possible, the Viols West Workshop 2026 has adopted the following COVID-19 policy:

  1. Negative rapid antigen test required on day of arrival. During check-in the first day, verbally confirm a negative COVID test result taken that day. Bring extra COVID test kits with you.
  2. Masking is optional.
  3. If you develop symptioms during the workshop, or are exposed to COVID, immediately test again and inform the administrator. If you test positive for COVID, you will be required to mask and isolate yourself from the other workshop participants as much as possible.
  4. This policy is subject to change if circumstances warrant.

You must agree to follow the VW Workshop 2026 COVID-19 policy, or we will be unable to accept your registration.

Age Requirement: You must be age 18 years or older by the start of the workshop, August 9, 2026, or we will be unable to accept your registration.
